Yes, it is sorta sad but true, these link posts are only for the paid subscribers (or those that I have gifted — and if you are feeling financial hardship, all you have do is ask and I will gift you too — but I wanted to give all those that subscribe for free a little snack on this weekend too.

A recent HFF post went over 10K views. That number is starting to be the new normal for the things that most of you find relevant. I like that. As a gift, I've made the post free for everyone through the weekend. If it gets over 50 hearts (and it is already close), I will keep it free for all for the next week.
Check it out while you can:

Our film INVISIBLE NATION opens in Los Angeles next week. One day on the East Side at Laemmle Glendale and then for a full week on the west side at The Royal. Please buy out a whole row! If you don’t have any friends that want to make sure we prepare for peace before World War 3 arrives, I know some folks that would love a gift of a ticket or two. Buy them up, pay it forward, and I am here to help you distribute. And we will be doing Q&A’s and many of the shows. Please join us!
