How many Secret Formulas can we find? Our list continues to grow, but I am afraid today’s installment is not really a formula but more of an attribute. You know I like attributes. And you know that I have tried my best to define them for what I now call NonDē cinema, which closely resembles was once sort of described as “indie” — although it covered a far wider swath I think.
Despite being more of an attribute though, I see it as a crucial component of a still evolving formula for cinema. It is this attribute that when combined with audience-related attributes that will unleash new revenues streams for NonDē practitioners.
